As the year comes to an end, we take time to reflect, celebrate accomplishments, reminisce about the year we’ve had and make goals and resolutions for the year ahead.

Bedford Technology had quite the year in 2018, and we are thankful for so much: the tremendous and continued support from our customers and partners, new and advanced products and a dedicated and passionate team always pushing boundaries to find the best solution to common design and build challenges.

Diving in a bit deeper, 2018 was full of so many achievements and great milestones. We are always pushing the boundaries with innovation and technology; we have engineered new products, improved customer experiences and look forward to continuing to provide complete solutions in 2019 and for years to come.

2018 marks the 20th year anniversary for Bedford Technology. That’s over 20 years of proven success in the structural recycled plastic lumber industry and 20 years of improving and enhancing solutions. This year, one of those solutions improvements to our website to help our customers find the information they need, faster. We added a search function for more targeted and specific results, more than doubled our blog articles containing important and educational information and updated the look and feel of the website to make it a more interactive, engaging and enjoyable experience for our visitors.

We also launched a new product earlier this year: SmarterFence™ by Bedford Technology. This complete fencing solution was designed by the engineers at Bedford Technology and includes a technologically-advanced fastening system that allows for expansion and contraction of the material. This fencing system is built to outlast harsh weather conditions using structural, durable and recycled plastic lumber.

Last year, Bedford Technology attended and exhibited at many trade shows that represented a  variety of industries: from agriculture to marine and everything in between, we connected with many professionals over the year, and value each interaction and opportunity.

Last but not least, we continue to invest in our company and our customers by adding new team members. In 2018, we added new sales team members to help spread the word about structural recycled plastic lumber and to help our customers have deeper relationships and partnerships with Bedford Technology.
